The   internal air pressure is 35±2KPa, 3h, immersed in 23±3℃   water, no air bubbles overflow within 15min.

Temperature cycle

(-30～60)±2℃,   high and low temperature residence time is not less than 6h, each cycle is   12h, a total of 10 cycles are carried out, the internal pressure is 35±2KPa.   After the test, frequent temperature tightness inspections meet the   requirements.

Axial tension

The   internal air pressure is 35±2KPa, the axial tension is D/65×700N, the maximum   axial tension is 700±10N, and the duration is 26h. After the test, the   regular temperature sealing test meets the requirements.

Bending

The   cable deflection is 30º, the maximum afterburner is 500N, the internal air   pressure is 35±2KPa, the secondary cycle, and the regular temperature tightness   inspection meets the requirements.

Twist

Cable   torsion is 90º, maximum torque is 50N•m, internal air pressure is 35±2KPa,   secondary cycle, frequent temperature and tightness inspection meets   requirements.

Static load

Load   1000±10N, the area of the circular pressing block is 5cm2, hold for 5min,   press up and down each time, the internal air pressure is 35±2KPa. Regular   temperature tightness inspection meets the requirements.

Low temperature shock

The   internal air pressure is 35±2KPa, pretreated at -15±2℃   for 6h, the mass of the steel ball is 500g, and the height of 1m above the   casing is impacted once at both ends and the middle of the casing. After the   test, frequent temperature tightness inspections meet the requirements.

Vibration

The   vibration frequency is 10Hz, the amplitude is 3mm, the two perpendicular   directions vibrate for 72h, and the internal air pressure is 35±2KPa. After   the test, frequent temperature tightness inspections meet the requirements.
